I uploaded new creative but the old creative is still triggering, why could this be?

When you upload new creative, you need to remember to switch out the creative ids in any existing triggers. If you haven't changed the creative id in the API call, it will continue to trigger the old creative. In Shopify, you need to update the trigger as well to point to the new creative.

Additionally, if you have multiple active creatives under one campaign and one is set to "Default" that is the only one that will mail if creative_id isn't specified. To un-default a creative, click into the creative and Deactivate then Reactivate it.
