My triggered mailings have paused and I’m not sure why, what are some common reasons?

Common ways to troubleshoot this issue are:

  • An issue with billing: double check your account is properly funded and Auto Recharge is enabled.
  • If you've recently uploaded and defaulted new creative in Poplar, make sure you've manually changed your trigger to point to the new creative. If the trigger is still pointing to an old creative that is now inactive, it will cause mailings to pause.
