Creative Upload Error: File dimensions are incorrect

This error indicates your creative file dimensions do not match the expected dimensions stated in the error. Most commonly this is because creative files have been exported without bleed, or with extra bleed. All postcard formats should have a 0.125in bleed added to all four sides, and that bleed should be included upon exporting. Follow the link below for export instructions:
