I accidentally suppressed a number of mailers, how can I push them through?
The most common causes of accidental suppression are:
- Duplicate addresses within a single mail file
- Minimum Days Between Mailings setting prevented the same address from being mailed twice
To mail accidentally suppressed mailers, first head your Account Settings and make sure Minimum Days Between Mailings is adjusted accordingly. Next, head to your campaign's History tabs and use the filter tool in the top right to filter down to Suppressions. Click "Download CSV" and launch a new One Time Send using the list of suppressed mailers as your audience list.
